Sustainable Happiness Weekend Retreat

In this weekend retreat the core faculty of the Nalanda Institute review four stages of the gradual path to happiness (lam rim) through the idiom of contemporary psychotherapy and neuroscience. In the first two lectures Dr. Neale discusses the stages of personal well-being and pro-social engagement contained in the fourteenth century text Three Principal Paths. In the last two lectures Dr. Loizzo and Ms. Nicoles demystify the two stages of Tantra expressed within the utopic vision of the Kalachakra (Wheel of Time). The retreat is based on Dr. Loizzo’s new book¬†of the same name. Recorded live at the Interdependence Project.
