In this talk Buddhist psychotherapist and the book’s co-editor Dr. Miles Neale shares the genesis of this timely publication, the historical and cultural context from which the current paradigm shift emerges, as well as how contemplative psychotherapy addresses the potential limits posed by either Buddhist meditation or psychotherapy when pursued alone.
