Approach

There is a large body of scientific evidence suggesting that meditation may enhance psychotherapy by allowing patients to access the deepest layers of mind and brain, to facilitate healing, learning, and neuroplasticity. While secular mainstream approaches teach meditation independent from a philosophical basis, Dr. Neale adheres to the authentic Indo-Tibetan Buddhist methodology of meditation training, grounded in the inner sciences of wisdom and ethics.
